A veteran of mortgage banking for 35 years, Rod Caldwell leads the sales team of dedicated professionals for Beverly-Hanks Mortgage Services. Prior to recently joining BHMS Rod held positions as Regional Vice President (Mortgage) with RBC Centura Bank as well as President of Bank of Asheville Mortgage Company. In addition he has also served with various other mortgage lenders, large and small, throughout the Carolinas and in Georgia and Virginia. Drawing from his valuable experience in all phases of mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and loan closing, Rod holds fast to the tenets of sound lending practices for the benefit of the customer. He is personally committed to quality service employing professional expertise with a sense of urgency and continual communication.
